Our role included developing the architectural design and preparing the planning application for the conversion of the existing garage into a dog grooming business.
The project involved measured surveys, existing and proposed drawings, site and location plans, external alterations including replacing the garage door with French doors, the creation of a new private side entrance, and the internal reconfiguration of the space to accommodate a dedicated grooming area and storage. We also produced all planning documentation required to support the change of use, ensuring the proposal integrated sympathetically with the existing property while delivering a functional commercial environment.
