Our role involved preparing the architectural drawings and supporting documentation required for works to a Grade II listed property.
The project included detailed surveys of the existing elevations, preparation of existing and proposed architectural drawings, and the specification of replacement heritage double-glazed oak windows designed to replicate the property’s traditional appearance. We developed a proposal that carefully balanced conservation principles with modern performance standards, providing the information required to support the relevant planning and listed building consent applications while preserving the character and integrity of the historic farmhouse.
